UnipolService, società del Gruppo Unipol in grado di fornire un servizio di eccellenza ai clienti auto, garantendo riparazioni auto di elevata qualità attraverso un selezionato network di centri di riparazione, supervisionando tutte le fasi di autoriparazione, è alla ricerca di un professionista da inserire nel ruolo di:

Network Service Manager | Centri di Riparazione

Sede di lavoro: Bologna

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel team di lavoro Gestione Network della società, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività per l’area territoriale Emilia-Romagna.

  • Attivare, per l’area di competenza, nuove convenzioni con carrozzerie e officine al fine di consolidare il network di riparazione per meglio soddisfare le esigenze di copertura del servizio;
  • Monitorare i Service Level Agreement contrattuali delle officine/carrozzerie convenzionate attraverso controlli/visite e interventi diretti sui centri di riparazione;
  • Risolvere eventuali criticità emerse con le strutture convenzionate durante il rapporto di collaborazione;
  • Ottimizzazione della composizione del network di riparazione svolgendo attività di “prospecting” sul territorio finalizzata ad individuare carrozzerie/centri di riparazione disponibili ad una futura collaborazione ed idonei ad ottimizzare la composizione della rete;
  • Gestione delle proposte di adeguamenti tariffari e degli accordi commerciali in relazione alle performance dei centri convenzionati;
  • Audit periodici dei centri convenzionati con l’obiettivo di valutare la qualità del servizio offerto dal network;
  • Supportare gli agenti-intermediari di Unipol Assicurazioni nelle attività di gestione sinistri connesse ai servizi erogati da UnipolService.

Requisiti:

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma/Laurea;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 3/5 anni nel ruolo di Service Manager acquisita in attività di servizi di assistenza tecnica/riparazione veicoli all’interno di contesti automotive;
  • Residenza nella provincia di Bologna e Modena;
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto office (Word, Excel);
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte sull’area geografica di competenze;
  • Capacità di organizzare e pianificare l’attività lavorativa;
  • Abilità nella ricerca delle informazioni, analisi, sintesi ed attitudine al problem solving;
  • Disponibilità ad un iniziale periodo di formazione per le attività richieste dal ruolo della durata di circa 2 mesi presso altre sedi di UnipolService.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Commercio alle seguenti condizioni:

  • Range RAL da € 38.000 a € 45.000

  • Auto aziendale
