Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di un potenziamento della propria struttura, è alla ricerca di un/una brillante laureato/a in scienze statistiche attuariali da inserire nel ruolo di:

Reinsurance Actuarial Analyst

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’Area Reinsurance, sarà incaricato della analisi e gestione dei trattati riassicurativi, con particolare focus sulle analisi di natura attuariale, sull’elaborazione dei dati e successiva predisposizione della documentazione tecnica a supporto dei processi di rinnovo e negoziazione.

Il ruolo prevede, inoltre, un contributo alle analisi del portafoglio della Compagnia e alla produzione di reporting, collaborando con le funzioni aziendali interessate e interfacciandosi con i principali operatori del mercato riassicurativo.

Principali attività:

  • Eseguire analisi attuariali attraverso l’elaborazione e la interpretazione di dati tecnici, quali premi, sinistri, ed esposizioni, a supporto della valutazione delle coperture riassicurative e delle decisioni di rinnovo dei trattati;
  • Predisporre pacchetti informativo funzionali ai rinnovi dei trattati, curando la raccolta, la validazione e l’elaborazione dei dati e della documentazione tecnica da condividere con riassicuratori e broker;
  • Collaborare alla gestione operativa dei trattati riassicurativi, inclusi l’analisi delle condizioni contrattuali, il monitoraggio delle coperture e il reporting a supporto delle funzioni coinvolte;
  • Gestire i rapporti operativi con riassicuratori e broker, partecipando allo scambio informativo e alle attività con i principali player del mercato riassicurativo.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Statistiche e Attuariali, Matematica (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Solide basi di tecniche attuariali applicate ai rami Danni (Non-Life);
  • Preferibile esperienza professionale pregressa, anche di breve durata attraverso stage significativi, nel ruolo di Data Analyst (o in attività equivalenti) acquisita presso società di consulenza (rami danni), studi attuariali o compagnie assicurative;
  • Familiarità nella gestione di Big Data nella programmazione per l’analisi dati su SAS/Python, conoscenza di principi di Machine Learning;
  • Buone capacità relazionali, interesse all’apprendimento e alla crescita professionale.

Il candidato in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese Assicurative alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 35.000 a €. 40.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
