Il profilo ricercato, operando nel contesto organizzativo dell’Area Legale di Gruppo, sarà incaricato di fornire riscontro alle richieste di chiarimenti interpretativi su temi privacy e data protection provenienti dalle funzioni di business di Unipol Assicurazioni e delle altre Società del Gruppo, supportando, per le materie di propria competenza, le decisioni di business utili allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti e servizi.

Il ruolo prevede un focus specifico su temi privacy aventi impatto in ambito salute, prevenzione e welfare, nonché familiarità nell’utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie (es. Intelligenza Artificiale) e consapevolezza delle logiche sottostanti, a supporto delle iniziative strategiche del Gruppo.

Principali attività:

  • Analizzare la normativa rilevante in materia di protezione dei dati personali, a livello nazionale e sovranazionale con conseguente elaborazione di pareri legali;
  • Offrire consulenza su temi privacy a favore delle Società del Gruppo presidiando le iniziative che prevedono trattamenti di dati personali, in particolare dati relativi alla salute e progetti che adottano nuove tecnologie (web, app, sistemi di telemonitoraggio, dispositivi di rilevazione, sistemi che impiegano l’Intelligenza Artificiale, ecc.);
  • Analizzare le offerte e i contratti di acquisto di beni e servizi, predisporre e revisionare la documentazione contrattuale, assicurandone la conformità alla normativa privacy vigente;
  • Redigere informative privacy, garantendo una copertura completa e coerente di tutti i principali contact point (fascicoli informativi, siti web, applicazioni per dispositivi mobili, ecc.).

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale pregressa da 2 a 4 anni su temi di protezione dei dati personali in ambito sanitario e/o connesse all’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie, acquisita presso funzioni legali di aziende (preferibilmente compagnie assicurative) o all’interno di studi legali specializzati su temi di data privacy;
  • Solida conoscenza del GDPR e della normativa nazionale in materia di protezione dei dati personali, con esperienza nella consulenza legale e nella gestione di tematiche di privacy compliance;
  • Capacità di analizzare questioni giuridiche complesse, svolgere attività di ricerca normativa e giurisprudenziale e redigere pareri legali in modo accurato, chiaro e sintetico;
  • Competenze nella revisione della contrattualistica e della documentazione privacy, nonché nel supporto alla valutazione dei rischi connessi al trattamento dei dati personali;
  • Interesse e familiarità con le implicazioni giuridiche connesse all'utilizzo di nuove tecnologie e di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale, anche a supporto della ricerca e dell'analisi giuridica;
  • Rappresenta requisito preferenziale il possesso dell’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione legale;
  • Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese (in particolare scritta);
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche, attitudine al problem solving e capacità di interagire efficacemente con interlocutori di diverse funzioni aziendali.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni contrattuali:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 35.000 a €. 43.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile;
  • Copertura sanitaria integrativa; previdenza complementare; buoni pasto.
