Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nel quadro di un potenziamento dell’area Organizzazione, è alla ricerca di un profilo con esperienza nella analisi processi da inserire nel ruolo di:

Analista di Organizzazione

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto della funzione Organizzazione, sarà incaricato di fornire supporto specialistico organizzativo, con particolare focus sui processi delle aree di business di competenza, interagendo attivamente con i diversi stakeholder interessati:

Principali attività:

  • Eseguire in prima persona la analisi dei processi a partire dalle funzioni Claims, P&C, IT e Innovation e delle società Tech&Pay del Gruppo Unipol, con particolare riguardo alla loro ingegnerizzazione, ottimizzazione e digitalizzazione;
  • Garantire il presidio, la coerenza, l'evoluzione e il miglioramento degli assetti organizzativi nonché la corretta valutazione in termini di metriche di misurazione;
  • Offrire supporto ai referenti aziendali delle aree di competenza nella trasformazione ed evoluzione di processi e strutture a fronte di eventi quali: modifiche della normativa di riferimento, inserimento/creazione o cessione/chiusura di società nel Gruppo, rilevanti modifiche organizzative;
  • Gestire il reengineering organizzativo, nonché le fasi di riorganizzazione e sviluppo delle aree di competenza attraverso il miglioramento dei processi interni e la individuazione dei corretti dimensionamenti degli organici;
  • Partecipare attivamente a progetti interfunzionali (con particolare riguardo alla digitalizzazione), sia nel ruolo di PMO sia come Analista di Organizzazione, monitorando le attività, predisponendo le analisi e supportando le aree di riferimento fino al rilascio finale dell’iniziativa progettuale.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Economia (o percorso accademico equivalente), conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Seniority professionale di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, acquisita all’interno di contesti aziendali o presso qualificate società di consulenza preferibilmente in ambito finanziario, industriale o automotive;
  • Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di Microsoft Office, conoscenza di strumenti e metodologie di analisi/mappatura di processi (LSS, BPR) e di Project Management;
  • Interesse per temi AI; familiarità con il Prompt Engineering e la Automazione di workflow;
  • Capacità di identificare inefficienze di processo e proporre soluzioni migliorative;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Completano il profilo: proattività, capacità di lavorare in team e per obiettivi, analisi e orientamento al problem solving.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese Assicurative alle seguenti condizioni:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 42.000 a €. 48.000 + Bonus individuale e Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
