Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di un potenziamento dell’area organizzativa “Property & Casualty”, è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto nella sottoscrizione rischi motor da inserire nel ruolo di:

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’area tecnica “Auto Flotte”, sarà incaricato delle attività di analisi della documentazione, della valutazione e successiva quotazione dei rischi connessi a richieste di copertura assicurativa motor provenienti da Enti Pubblici nell’ambito di procedure di gara per l’affidamento di servizi assicurativi.

Principali attività:

  • Analizzare capitolati e documentazione di gara, elaborando offerte tecniche ed economiche per le coperture RCA e CVT/ARD delle flotte Auto;
  • Analizzare le caratteristiche della flotta oggetto di gara pubblica (numero di mezzi, tipologia di veicoli, area geografica di circolazione,) per determinarne la rischiosità ai fini di valutare la partecipazione ai bandi, interfacciandosi con i referenti interni coinvolti nel relativo processo;
  • Quotare il premio assicurativo definendo le condizioni contrattuali da indicare nel bando (franchigie, scoperti, massimali);
  • Controllare costantemente l'andamento tecnico del portafoglio flotte assegnato, monitorando richieste di proroga, rinnovo e aggiornamento delle condizioni contrattuali;
  • Proporre eventuali interventi correttivi finalizzati a garantire adeguati livelli di redditività del portafoglio flotte di competenza.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia, Giurisprudenza (o titolo equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 2-3 anni in attività di sottoscrizione rischi, con focus specifico sul Ramo Auto (preferibilmente nel segmento Corporate/Flotte), acquisita presso compagnie assicurative o broker;
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle principali coperture assicurative del comparto Auto Flotte (es. RCA; ARD) e delle logiche di valutazione e quotazione del rischio;
  • Buone capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel, con particolare riferimento ad attività di analisi dati e reportistica.

Completano il profilo orientamento al risultato, capacità di lavorare per priorità e attitudine a operare in contesti caratterizzati da scadenze e diversi interlocutori.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL ANIA alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefits:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 35.000 a €. 40.000 + Bonus Individuale e Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
