UniSalute, società del Gruppo Assicurativo Unipol e prima Assicurazione Sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto nello sviluppo dei canali digitali che possa contribuire all'evoluzione della customer experience, da inserire, all’interno dell’area Customer Care e Digital Service Model, nel ruolo di:

AI Transformation & Digital Touch Point Specialist

Sede di lavoro: Bologna in presenza

Il profilo ricercato avrà l’obiettivo di contribuire alla evoluzione del modello di interazione con la clientela attraverso i canali digitali Home Insurance e App introducendo soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale, sia come alternativa sia come supporto del canale telefonico, allo scopo di realizzare un'esperienza cliente sempre più efficace, semplice e omnicanale.

Principali attività:

  • Individuare le opportunità di business e di evoluzione dei servizi digitali raccogliendo ed analizzando gli eventuali vincoli di processo e di sistema;
  • Analizzare i processi e i servizi as-is individuando opportunità di miglioramento e collaborando alla definizione delle soluzioni digitali future, in linea con le esigenze espresse dalle aree di business e dalla clientela.
  • Raccogliere e formalizzare i requisiti di business collaborando con le funzioni aziendali interessate per supportare lo sviluppo e l'implementazione delle soluzioni digitali.
  • Coordinare le attività progettuali monitorando l'avanzamento delle iniziative e supportando la gestione di eventuali criticità;
  • Predisporre report e presentazioni per condividere lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti con gli stakeholder interni.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Marketing o Economia (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale da 3 a 5 anni nella gestione di progetti trasformativi o di reengineering di processo in ambito Digital o Operations acquisita presso compagnie assicurative/bancarie o all’interno di importanti società di consulenza su progetti di Digital Transformation con particolare riguardo alla introduzione di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale (es. chatbot, assistenti virtuali, App, piattaforme digitali);
  • Rappresenta un plus per la selezione avere acquisito familiarità con strumenti di machine learning, prompt engineering e modelli LLM/SLM;
  • Capacità di analisi dei processi e di raccolta dei requisiti di business;
  • Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione delle attività progettuali;
  • Completano il profilo: spiccate capacità di organizzazione, predisposizione al lavoro in team e attitudine al problem solving.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle esperienze e competenze richieste sarà assunto/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 38.000 a €. 50.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
