AI Transformation Governance Specialist

Sede: Milano

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto della funzione “AI Transformation Governance”, avrà l’incarico di coordinare e guidare la governance delle iniziative di Unipol Assicurazioni finalizzate alla adoption di soluzioni di Artificial Intelligence assicurando alle aree di business interessate il necessario supporto operativo ed il costante monitoraggio nello sviluppo delle soluzioni.

Responsabilità:

  • Supportare la ideazione e la strutturazione delle iniziative AI assicurando che le soluzioni progettate siano conformi alle necessità rilevate;
  • Agire trasversalmente da focal point tra funzioni di business, IT e stakeholder interni/esterni garantendo efficienza nella gestione delle iniziative progettuali;
  • Monitorare gli avanzamenti (SAL), definire metriche (KPI) e raccogliere i feedback ricevuti delle funzioni interessate alle progettualità;
  • Predisporre materiale di sintesi, documentazione tecnica e reportistica.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 3/4 anni nel coordinamento di progetti e nella analisi e ridefinizione di processi (Business Process Reengineering) preferibilmente maturata in ambito digital acquisita presso primarie aziende e/o società di consulenza attive a livello nazionale e/o internazionale;
  • Conoscenza di base di strumenti di machine learning, prompt engineering e modelli LLM/SLM;
  • Capacità analitiche e livello avanzato di utilizzo del pacchetto Office365;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione scritta e orale;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Capacità di identificare inefficienze di processo e proporre soluzioni migliorative;
  • Completano il profilo: Precisione, affidabilità, orientamento al risultato, attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di gestione delle relazioni a diversi livelli aziendali;
  • Rappresenta un plus la conoscenza e l’utilizzo di soluzioni di AI Productivity come Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio e Cowork.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese Assicurative alle seguenti condizioni:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 35.000 a €. 48.000 + Premio Aziendale
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
