WelBee S.p.A., società del Gruppo Unipol e piattaforma digitale di Welfare Aziendale, pensata per PMI e Grandi Imprese, che offre soluzioni personalizzate per il benessere dei lavoratori e delle loro famiglie, è alla ricerca di un brillante neolaureato/a da inserire attraverso l’attivazione di un tirocinio extracurriculare nel ruolo di:

Intern | Product Owner Junior

Sede di Lavoro: Milano

La risorsa, inserita nell’area Operations della società, avrà l’opportunità di sviluppare competenze tecniche, affiancando il team dedicato allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, nel coordinamento delle attività di sviluppo, nella verifica dei requisiti e nel testing funzionale delle soluzioni realizzate dopo il rilascio in produzione.

In particolare, parteciperà attivamente alla gestione dei seguenti task:

Principali attività:

  • Supporto al gruppo di lavoro nel monitoraggio della pipeline degli sviluppi;
  • Collaborazione alla redazione e all’aggiornamento dei requisiti funzionali;
  • Coinvolgimento nelle attività di testing dei rilasci in produzione, contribuendo alla verifica della corretta implementazione delle funzionalità;
  • Verifica della qualità complessiva del prodotto, interfacciandosi con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia, conseguita con ottima votazione finale. Costituirà titolo preferenziale il possesso di una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica o percorsi universitari equivalenti;
  • Rappresenta un plus avere acquisito breve esperienza, anche attraverso la partecipazione a progetti universitari, in contesti di sviluppo di soluzioni digitali;
  • Proattività, curiosità e approccio analitico;
  • Predisposizione al team working.

La ricerca è rivolta a candidati ambosessi ai sensi della L. 903/77 e D.lgs. 198/2006.

Il candidato/a in possesso dei requisiti richiesti sarà inserito con stage della durata di 6 mesi, rimborso spese di €. 900/mese + buoni pasto
