UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire nel ruolo di CHEF DE PARTIE all'interno dell'UNA Hotels Century Milano (MI).

Nel ruolo di CHEF DE PARTIE, la Risorsa contribuirà a:

  • Gestire la preparazione di tutte le pietanze, la pulizia e l’organizzazione della partita in gestione;
  • Occuparsi della manutenzione delle attrezzature in cucina;
  • Cucinare in collaborazione con il resto dello staff di cucina nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi del Gruppo;
  • Mantenere una relazione professionale ed eticamente corretta con tutti i colleghi, fornitori e ospiti;
  • Verificare il corretto uso e mantenimento dei macchinari e dei materiali in dotazione;
  • Verificare il corretto uso e mantenimento dei macchinari e dei materiali in dotazione;
  • Svolgere le suddette attività nel rispetto di tutte le norme relative all’HACCP (controllo temperature frigoriferi, etichettatura delle pietanze lavorate e non, sanificazione della postazione di lavoro, corretto utilizzo dei prodotti previsti dal protocollo sanitario, etc.).

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo;
  • Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
  • Conoscenza del protocollo sanitario HACCP.

ORARIO:

  • Turni diurni e serali;
  • Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni (lun - dom).
