UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo di COMMIS DI SALA BREAKFAST (part-time 24h) per l'UNA HOTELS Bologna Fiera situato a Bologna (BO).

Nel ruolo di COMMIS DI SALA BREAKFAST, la Risorsa contribuirà a:

  • Preparare la Mise en place dei tavoli del Ristorante e del Buffet colazioni;
  • Accogliere gli Ospiti;
  • Raccogliere le richieste per la caffetteria;
  • Effettuare preparazioni di caffetteria calda: caffè, cappuccini, the ecc..;
  • Garantire un adeguato rifornimento del buffet delle colazioni;
  • Sistemare la sala ristorante ed i tavoli per il servizio successivo.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Buona presenza e naturale eleganza;
  • Ottime doti organizzative e abilità nella gestione di un team di lavoro;
  • Ottima preparazione del settore Ristorazione;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua;
  • Conoscenza del protocollo sanitario HACCP;
  • Buona conoscenza degli applicativi informatici;
  • Diploma Alberghiero.

ORARIO:

  • Turni diurni;
  • Part time 24 ore settimanali - 6/7 giorni (lun - dom).
