UniSalute, società del Gruppo Unipol e prima assicurazione sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di neolaureati in ambito Economico, Marketing, Statistica o Ingegneria Gestionale per un’opportunità di:

Stage Digital Business Analyst – Area Digital Strategy

Sede di lavoro: San Donato Milanese

La risorsa sarà inserita nell’area Digital Sales, Omnichannel & Marketing e, dopo un adeguato percorso di formazione, avrà la possibilità di contribuire allo sviluppo della strategia digitale dei prodotti e servizi di UniSalute.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Supportare la pianificazione degli obiettivi annuali della BU
  • Condurre di ricerche di mercato ed analisi dei dati, per individuare consumer insights e supportare le decisioni strategiche
  • Elaborare la reportistica della Business Unit per monitoraggio delle performance di acquisizione e gestione della customer base
  • Contribuire alle attività di marketing e progetti di partnership
  • Analizzare le dinamiche di mercato e le strategie dei concorrenti
  • Analisi del customer journey nel sito per ottimizzare il funnel di conversione

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Marketing, Economia, Statistica, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini;
  • Interesse per il settore assicurativo e per il marketing digitale;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

I candidati in possesso delle competenze richieste saranno inseriti con un iniziale tirocinio formativo della durata di sei (6) mesi finalizzato ad una valutazione per una successiva assunzione ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione. Sono previsti: rimborso spese mensile e buoni pasto.

La ricerca è rivolta a candidati ambosessi ai sensi della L. 903/77 e D.lgs. 198/2006.
