Job Description

Il profilo ricercato, operando a diretto riporto del Responsabile IT, sarà incaricato del presidio dei processi di Governance IT di UnipolPay; della gestione e monitoraggio del budget dell’area, al controllo delle performance dei fornitori tecnologici garantendo conformità ai requisiti normativi, con particolare riferimento al framework DORA.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Pianificazione e controllo del budget IT, analisi degli scostamenti e produzione di reporting direzionale;
  • Gestione dei fornitori ICT, monitoraggio di contratti, costi, scadenze, deliverable e performance;
  • Definizione e monitoraggio di Key Performance Indicator/Key Risk Indicator e Service Level Agreement;
  • Supporto nella gestione degli adempimenti normativi in conformità con quanto richiesto dal framework DORA, con particolare attenzione alla classificazione e al monitoraggio delle forniture ICT;
  • Predisposizione della documentazione di governance e supporto ad attività di audit, assessment e remediation;
  • Definizione e monitoraggio dei processi ICT secondo le pratiche ITSM;
  • Supporto all’evoluzione dei presidi di AI Governance, in collaborazione con le funzioni di Gruppo Unipol competenti.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Economia (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni in attività di IT Governance, IT Control, IT Planning & Control, IT Vendor Management o in ruoli di analogo contenuto professionale, acquisita presso funzioni IT preferibilmente attive in contesti regolamentati (pagamenti digitali, bancario, finanziario o assicurativo) o all’interno società di consulenza nella gestione di progetti attinenti il ruolo ricercato;
  • Esperienza operativa nella gestione del budget IT, nel monitoraggio dei fornitori e dei livelli di servizio, nella predisposizione di reporting direzionale e nel supporto ad attività di audit e assessment;
  • Familiarità con i quadri normativi europei e nazionali (GDPR, NIS2, DORA);
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali per dialogare sia con i team tecnici sia con il management aziendale;

ll candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Commercio e modalità di lavoro ibride (sede/remote working), alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 45.000 a €. 55.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Integrazione a carico azienda per Copertura Sanitaria Contrattuale (Fondo Est)
  • Buoni Pasto
