Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, per una evoluzione organizzativa dell’area Pianificazione e Controllo è alla ricerca di uno specialista da inserire nell’unità nel ruolo di:

Junior Controller | Life & Health, Finance & Bancassurance

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’area Controllo di Gestione Salute, Vita, Finanza e Società Welfare, sarà coinvolto nella interpretazione e lettura della performance del business di Unipol Assicurazioni analizzando dati su database assicurativi; inoltre supporterà le attività di consolidamento degli aspetti economici e finanziari con particolare focus sui segmenti di business vita e malattia contribuendo alla lettura degli andamenti secondo i principi contabili IFRS.

Attività:

  • Elaborazione di report e analisi, con frequenza mensile, in merito agli andamenti tecnici con approfondimenti quantitativi;
  • Monitoraggio e controllo del database e relativa attività di data quality sui dati economici e finanziari relativi al business Vita;
  • Gestione del database necessario alla contabilizzazione delle poste economiche e finanziarie in ottica IFRS 17 e IFRS 9 sia a livello di Gruppo che a livello di Compagnia;
  • Supporto ai processi di budget, forecast e sviluppo del piano strategico.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia, o titolo di studio equivalente, conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 2/3 anni acquisita in contesti di Pianificazione e Controllo all’interno di compagnie assicurative o presso società di consulenza e/o società di revisione;
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili internazionali IFRS 9 e 17;
  • Uso avanzato del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire le scadenze; analisi, sintesi ed attitudine al problem solving; abilità nella ricerca di informazioni, accuratezza e precisione; ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di teamworking;

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze e delle esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione.
