Job Description

UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo SUPPORTO TECNICO MANUTENZIONI IMPIANTI all’interno della Direzione Tecnica della nostra sede di Milano (MI).

Nel ruolo di SUPPORTO TECNICO MANUTENZIONI IMPIANTI , la Risorsa contribuirà al:

  • Supporto tecnico-amministrativo manutenzioni impianti
  • Mantenimento in ordine dell’archivio tecnico, in particolare relativo alla completezza della documentazione relativa agli impianti (DiCo, schemi, certificazioni, ecc..)
  • Supervisione delle attività con il gestionale delle manutenzioni in uso nella catena, aggiornamento in continuo dei dati (sostituzione componenti, modifiche ad impianti)
  • Gestione del portale di raccolta dei consumi energetici delle strutture, interfaccia con i fornitori e con il controllo di gestione;
  • Creazione di rapporti e relazioni, supporto ai consulenti per la ISO 50001
  • Attività di gestione degli immobili, con focus particolare sulla gestione degli impianti degli alberghi che Gruppo UNA ha in gestione diretta
  • Supporto nella pianificazione delle attività manutentive, redazione dei capitolati delle manutenzioni
  • Monitoraggio delle attività svolte dalle aziende, individuazione ed analisi dei KPI per la valutazione delle stesse
  • Archiviazione rapportini di intervento e della documentazione tecnica in generale;
  • Supporto ai progetti di sviluppo e miglioramento delle strutture;
  • Supporto per le pratiche amministrative (inserimento ordini su SAP).

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Formazione tecnico/impiantistica (Ingegnere meccanico/elettrico, Perito, Ingegnere Junior);
  • Esperienza nella progettazione di impianti elettrici e/o meccanici di almeno 5 anni;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di edifici e delle relative manutenzioni, con coordinamento di consulenti ed aziende, stipula contratti e gestione degli stessi;
  • Gradita esperienza e/o formazione anche nell’ambito della valutazione energetica degli edifici (ex-legge 10/91, redazione APE, diagnosi energetiche);
  • Buona disponibilità al lavoro in gruppo e spirito di adattamento;
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti/trasferte in Italia;
  • Pacchetto Microsoft 365, Autocad 2D;
  • Senso della misura, desiderio di mettersi a disposizione e voglia di crescere;
  • Precisione e capacità di tenere ordine.
