Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, per un potenziamento della propria struttura, è alla ricerca di un giovane laureato in ambito attuariale ed breve esperienza professionale da inserire nel ruolo di:

Life Pricing Actuary

Sede di lavoro: Bologna in sede

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’area “Attuariato Prodotti Vita”, sarà coinvolto nello sviluppo delle tariffe dei prodotti vita individuali e collettivi contribuendo alla messa a punto di soluzioni assicurative competitive e sostenibili nel tempo.

Principali attività:

  • Definire il pricing dei prodotti assicurativi Life attraverso l'analisi delle caratteristiche tecniche, finanziarie e di rischio delle soluzioni assicurative, per le seguenti tipologie: prodotti IBIPs (Insurance-Based Investment Products), prodotti tradizionali di ramo I e V, prodotti di protezione e soluzioni previdenziali.
  • Sviluppare e aggiornare modelli tariffari per prodotti individuali e collettivi, definendo le ipotesi tecniche e finanziarie necessarie alla determinazione delle condizioni economiche e di redditività attesa;
  • Predisporre quotazioni tecniche per gare, convenzioni e offerte dedicate a clienti corporate, istituzionali, effettuando analisi di fattibilità e valutazioni economico-attuariali.
  • Analizzare e monitorare il valore dei prodotti per il cliente in conformità alla normativa POG (Product Oversight and Governance).
  • Effettuare il monitoraggio continuo delle performance di redditività dei prodotti, individuando eventuali necessità di revisione o intervento;
  • Sviluppare i profit test, valutando sostenibilità, redditività e profilo di rischio;
  • Collaborare con le funzioni interne coinvolte nel processo di sviluppo prodotto, contribuendo all'evoluzione e al miglioramento continuo dell'offerta assicurativa.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Scienze Statistiche Attuariali (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale da 2 a 5 anni in attività attuariali (preferibilmente pricing) in ambito Vita maturata presso Compagnie assicurative, studi attuariali, società di consulenza nel settore finanziario-assicurativo, verranno prese in considerazione anche candidature di neo-laureati con profilo di studi corrispondente;
  • Approfondita conoscenza delle diverse tipologie dei prodotti assicurativi vita;
  • Competenze quantitative e capacità di modellizzazione con software attuariali (preferibilmente su suite attuariale WTW - RAFM e FAIRMAT)
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e di altri strumenti di elaborazione dei dati (VBA, R o Python)
  • Completano il profilo: capacità analitica, accuratezza, problem solving e attitudine al teamworking;

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese Assicurative alle seguenti condizioni:

Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 40.000 a €. 50.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
