Unipol Assicurazioni, compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo e leader in Italia nei rami Danni, per un potenziamento dei centri liquidativi territoriali della Direzione Sinistri, è alla ricerca di un brillante laureato in Giurisprudenza, con breve esperienza di lavoro in attività liquidazione sinistri rami danni, da inserire del ruolo di:

Liquidatore - Danni Auto

Sede di lavoro: Roma

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’area liquidazione sinistri auto per l’area territoriale di specifica assegnazione, sarà incaricato della gestione delle attività di indennizzo per gli assicurati della Compagnia da eseguirsi nel rispetto delle normative di riferimento e delle policy liquidative di Unipol Assicurazioni:

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestione in autonomia delle fasi di liquidazione del sinistro attraverso la presa in carico, la gestione dell’attività istruttoria e la liquidazione/contestazione del danno;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i fiduciari della Compagnia incaricati dell’istruzione dei sinistri (Periti, Legali, Accertatori) con l’obiettivo di condividere gli esiti delle attività svolte e di identificare possibili soluzioni alle criticità di natura tecnico-gestionale e relazionale emerse fornendo, ove necessario, supporto tecnico/normativo nell'interpretazione di clausole contrattuali/accordi ANIA/policy aziendali;
  • Gestione delle relazioni con enti interni ed esterni alla Compagnia, quali, a titolo esemplificativo: Agenti, Clienti e Patrocinatori.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza, o titolo di studio equivalente, conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno due anni in attività di liquidazione sinistri acquisita presso compagnie assicurative, primari studi peritali e/o studi legali;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di Diritto delle Assicurazioni e, in particolare, della normativa CARD e RCA;
  • Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione tecnica e normativa della contrattualistica assicurativa;
  • Spiccate abilità relazionali e negoziali;
  • Ottima padronanza di MS-Office e attitudine all’utilizzo di sistemi gestionali evoluti.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze richieste sarà inserito/a con un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 12 mesi ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione, con possibilità di successiva stabilizzazione del rapporto di lavoro, alle seguenti condizioni:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: €. 35.638 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Buoni Pasto
