Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di un potenziamento della propria struttura, è alla ricerca di un/una giovane laureato/a in Scienze Statistiche Attuariali (o percorso universitario equivalente) da inserire nel ruolo di:

Non Motor Pricing Actuary

Il profilo ricercato, una volta inserito nel contesto organizzativo dell’area “Tariffe Non Motor”, sarà incaricato delle seguenti attività utilizzando avanzati modelli statistici e attuariali:

  • Sviluppo di modelli predittivi (pricing, retention, conversion) per i prodotti assicurativi dedicati al segmento Retail Non Motor (es.: Casa, Infortuni, Pet, Travel);
  • Gestione end to end del ciclo di vita dei prodotti assicurativi da un punto di vista quantitativo (Data Management, Pricing e modeling, monitoraggio);
  • Definizione e introduzione di nuove soluzioni di modellizzazione tariffaria orientate ai processi di ottimizzazione - utilizzando sia metodi tradizionali di analisi statistica sia tecniche di Machine Learning e AI;
  • Monitoraggio costante delle performance dei prodotti esistenti e, più in generale, dei KPI di business, individuando punti di criticità e opportunità e proponendo azioni correttive sul pricing atte ad indirizzarli verso una maggiore redditività;
  • Valutazione periodica della qualità e della correttezza di modelli e analisi.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Statistiche Attuariali, Matematica, Fisica o Ingegneria conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale pregressa da 2 a 5 anni nello sviluppo di modellistica avanzata nel pricing danni (Non Motor o Motor) acquisita presso compagnie assicurative o studi di consulenza attuariale;
  • Esperienza su temi di ottimizzazione tariffaria, avvalendosi anche di tecniche di Machine Learning;
  • Padronanza dei più comuni strumenti di modellizzazione attuariale (es. suite WTW Radar/Emblem e SAS);
  • Abilità analitiche e di ragionamento; buona capacità di programmazione;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Completano il profilo: buone capacità nei processi di astrazione e di definizione degli step operativi necessari per il raggiungimento di un obiettivo, orientamento all’innovazione.

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali:

  • Essere iscritto all’albo professionale degli attuari;
  • Conoscenza delle architetture DB SQL;
  • Conoscenza di Python;

Il candidato/a ideale sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese Assicurative alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 38.000 a €. 50.000 + Bonus Individuale e Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
