UniSalute, società del Gruppo Assicurativo Unipol e prima assicurazione sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di un Project Manager con esperienza nel disegno e nella realizzazione di progetti di trasformazione del modello di servizio, da inserire all’interno dell’area organizzativa Transformation & Operations nel ruolo di:

Project Manager | Corporate Experience Model

Sede di lavoro: Bologna

Il profilo ricercato, operando all’interno di un contesto fortemente dinamico, sarà incaricato della governance dei progetti finalizzati alla evoluzione del modello di servizio relativo al business “corporate”, collaborando con tutte le funzioni interessate alla gestione del servizio.

Attività:

  • Presidiare tutte le attività riguardanti il modello di servizio rivolto ai clienti corporate, con particolare riferimento alle attività progettuali finalizzate alla sua evoluzione;
  • Esercitare la governance sui progetti garantendone la realizzazione e gestendo le interdipendenze fra le diverse strutture aziendali coinvolte nel caso di attività multifunzionali;
  • Definire, assieme al team di progetto, i requisiti di business collaborando con i referenti delle diverse funzioni aziendali interessate e facilitando l’identificazione delle soluzioni tecniche e di processo più coerenti con gli obiettivi di evoluzione del modello di servizio;
  • Monitorare l’andamento degli stream progettuali avendo cura di rispettare le deadline previste e l’allineamento degli output ai requisiti definiti gestendo eventuali criticità;
  • Collaborare con tutti gli attori interni ed esterni allo scopo di condividere obiettivi e vincoli di progetto.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia Aziendale o Scienze Statistiche conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di 3/4 anni nel ruolo di project manager di iniziative trasformative (es. finalizzate alla evoluzione del modello di servizio di vendita e assistenza) acquisita presso primarie società di consulenza o in ruoli analoghi presso aziende che abbiano adottato strategie distributive multicanale che abbiano integrato canali fisici a canali digitali (es. in ambito Telco, Automotive, Insurtech)
  • Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di progetti di digital trasformation ad elevato contenuto innovativo, forte passione per la tecnologia e per prodotti e servizi innovativi;
  • Approccio data driven;
  • Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione progettuale, analisi funzionale, problem solving e orientamento al cliente;
  • Familiarità con analisi economica e realizzazione di business plan.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle esperienze e competenze richieste sarà assunto/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione.
