Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di potenziamento dell’area Database & Application Management, è alla ricerca di un esperto professionista IT da inserire nel ruolo di:

Senior Database Administrator

Sede di lavoro: Bologna o San Donato Milanese (MI)

Il profilo selezionato, inserito all'interno della funzione Database, contribuirà a garantire l'affidabilità, la sicurezza e l'evoluzione delle piattaforme dati a supporto delle applicazioni core del Gruppo. Operando in stretto coordinamento con le aree infrastrutturali, applicative e progettuali, sarà responsabile della gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei database aziendali, assicurandone prestazioni, disponibilità e continuità operativa.

Il ruolo inoltre prevede il coinvolgimento nelle iniziative di evoluzione tecnologica, consolidamento architetturale, migrazione verso ambienti cloud e supporto ai programmi strategici di trasformazione digitale.

Principali attività:

  • Amministrare e garantire la disponibilità delle piattaforme database Oracle, PostgreSQL e MySQL in ambienti mission critical;
  • Monitorare e ottimizzare le performance dei database attraverso attività di tuning, capacity planning e troubleshooting;
  • Gestire backup, restore e disaster recovery e soluzioni di alta affidabilità, assicurando la piena continuità operativa delle piattaforme dati;
  • Offrire un qualificato contributo a progetti di evoluzione tecnologica, migrazione, upgrade e introduzione di nuove architetture database;
  • Collaborare con i team di Software Engineering e IT Infrastructure nella risoluzione di problematiche e nel miglioramento continuo dei servizi.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma di Laurea o Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria informatica (o titolo di studio equivalente);
  • Esperienza professionale consolidata (almeno 5 anni) nel ruolo di Database Administrator maturata in contesti enterprise complessi;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti ad alta affidabilità, backup, replica, clustering e disaster recovery;
  • Conoscenza di sistemi Linux, linguaggi di scripting e tematiche di sicurezza, governance e protezione del dato;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di database Oracle, PostgreSQL e MySQL, con competenze di performance tuning e troubleshooting;
  • Disponibilità a partecipare a turni di reperibilità programmata e a intervenire, ove necessario, al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro per garantire la continuità operativa dei servizi;
  • Rappresenta requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di database NoSQL (MongoDB o equivalenti) e ambienti cloud AWS, Azure o Google Cloud Platform;
  • Completano il profilo: orientamento al risultato, propensione all’innovazione e al miglioramento continuo, capacità di problem solving.

Il candidato in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 40.000 a €. 55.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile;
  • Polizza Sanitaria Integrativa; Previdenza Complementare; Buoni Pasto.
