Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di potenziamento del team Erogazione Servizi Unix, è alla ricerca di un professionista IT da inserire nel ruolo di:

Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Il profilo selezionato, inserito all'interno della funzione “Erogazione Servizi Server Farm Unix”, contribuirà all'evoluzione e all'automazione delle piattaforme infrastrutturali del Gruppo, supportando in particolare la gestione e l'aggiornamento degli ambienti Linux e OpenShift.

Il ruolo ricercato, operando in stretta collaborazione con i team infrastrutturali e di esercizio, contribuirà attivamente alle iniziative di automazione dei processi operativi, alla implementazione di soluzioni Infrastructure as Code ed al miglioramento continuo dell'affidabilità, standardizzazione ed efficienza delle piattaforme tecnologiche.

Principali attività:

  • Progettare, sviluppare soluzioni di automazione infrastrutturale secondo paradigmi Infrastructure as Code, favorendo la standardizzazione e la riduzione delle attività manuali;
  • Gestire e automatizzare le attività di installazione, configurazione, aggiornamento e patching di sistemi Linux e piattaforme OpenShift;
  • Implementare workflow di provisioning, configurazione e rilascio utilizzando strumenti di automazione e orchestrazione disponibili sul mercato;
  • Monitorare le piattaforme infrastrutturali garantendone continuità operativa, affidabilità e livelli di servizio adeguati;
  • Collaborare con i team di IT Infrastructure, IT Operations e Sviluppo Software nell'evoluzione delle architetture e nell'adozione di pratiche DevOps.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea triennale o Magistrale in discipline informatiche, ingegneristiche o titolo di studio equivalente;
  • Esperienza consolidata (da 3 a 5 anni) nel ruolo di Senior System Engineer Linux o Infrastructure Engineer acquisita in contesti enterprise complessi;
  • Esperienza consolidata nella realizzazione di soluzioni di automazione e Infrastructure as Code, attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti di configuration management (es. Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD o tecnologie equivalenti);
  • Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi operativi Linux, virtualizzazione, monitoraggio infrastrutturale e automazione delle attività operative;
  • Familiarità nella gestione di piattaforme containerizzate e conoscenza di ambienti quali: Red Hat OpenShift, Docker o Kubernetes;
  • Conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting e programmazione quali Bash, Python o equivalenti;
  • Completano il profilo: attitudine alla collaborazione, propensione all’innovazione e all’apprendimento continuo, capacità di problem solving.
  • Disponibilità a partecipare a turni di reperibilità programmata e a intervenire, ove necessario, al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro per garantire la continuità operativa dei servizi.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 45.000 a €. 58.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile;
  • Polizza Sanitaria Integrativa; Previdenza Complementare; Buoni Pasto.
