Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, per un potenziamento della propria funzione “Insurance Solutions Deployment”, è alla ricerca di un professionista da inserire nel contesto del team Piano Azioni e Demand nel ruolo di:

Specialista Demand & Portfolio Management

Il profilo ricercato sarà incaricato del coordinamento e monitoraggio delle iniziative progettuali della Direzione Generale Assicurativa, con l’obiettivo di garantire una visione integrata delle priorità e supportare il management nei processi decisionali favorendo l’allineamento tra le esigenze di business, la capacità di realizzazione e gli obiettivi strategici.

Principali Attività:

  • Gestire il portafoglio progetti garantendo il monitoraggio in termini di priorità, avanzamento, dipendenze, criticità, capacity e rischi, in stretto coordinamento con le funzioni IT e di business interessate;
  • Governare le fasi di pianificazione e ripianificazione svolgendo analisi quantitative, valutazioni di capacity, elaborazione di scenari alternativi e monitorando gli scostamenti in termini di tempistiche e budget rispetto ai piani di lavoro approvati;
  • Contribuire al presidio e all’evoluzione del modello operativo di Demand e Portfolio Management, favorendone l’adozione presso le diverse Direzioni aziendali impattate;
  • Predisporre analisi “ad hoc” e reportistica direzionale sullo stato del Project Portfolio ad utilizzo del Group Insurance General Manager e del management aziendale, fornendo una rappresentazione chiara, tempestiva e data-driven delle principali evidenze;
  • Partecipare alle riunioni di governance e indirizzo progetti, contribuendo alla definizione delle priorità e supportando i processi decisionali mediante analisi, dati e valutazioni di impatto.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, Scienze Statistiche, Giurisprudenza (o titolo di studio equivalente) conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 3-5 anni in attività di Portfolio Management, Demand Management o PMO, maturata all’interno di contesti organizzativi strutturati (Banche/Assicurazioni o società di consulenza direzionale) preferibilmente nella governance di iniziative di business in ambito assicurativo;
  • Ottime capacità di analisi quantitativa, interpretazione dei dati e problem solving;
  • Esperienza nella predisposizione di reportistica direzionale e nella realizzazione di presentazioni executive;
  • Abilità di Project Management e di coordinamento di attività trasversali interagendo con molteplici stakeholder;
  • Orientamento al risultato e approccio proattivo nell’individuazione di criticità e opportunità di miglioramento;
  • Interesse e familiarità con l’utilizzo di soluzioni AI;
  • Utilizzo ad un livello avanzato di Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel.
