Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di potenziamento della funzione IT Service Management, è alla ricerca di un esperto professionista da inserire nel ruolo di:

Specialista IT Service Management

Il profilo ricercato, una volta inserito all'interno della funzione “IT Service Management Core Insurance”, garantirà il presidio operativo e il miglioramento continuo dei servizi applicativi a supporto delle piattaforme tecnologiche di business della Compagnia.

Il ruolo prevede la responsabilità del monitoraggio delle performance applicative operando in costante raccordo con le strutture IT e con i principali stakeholder aziendali, gestendo le fasi di incident e problem management a supporto dei servizi business critical e contribuendo allo sviluppo ed alla gestione della knowledge base operativa, delle logiche di controllo ed automazione alla base del miglioramento continuo dei servizi gestiti.

Principali attività:

  • Supportare le attività di troubleshooting ed analisi delle cause degli incident e dei problemi relativi alle Business Application Core Insurance;
  • Monitorare e analizzare le performance applicative attraverso strumenti di Application Performance Monitoring e Observability;
  • Predisporre e condividere report periodici sull'andamento dei KPI tecnici e di servizio, individuando opportunità di miglioramento;
  • Coordinare, insieme alle strutture IT coinvolte, le attività di remediation e l'introduzione di nuove logiche di controllo, monitoraggio e automazione;
  • Contribuire alla evoluzione funzionale e tecnologica delle applicazioni garantendone osservabilità, esercibilità e affidabilità operativa;
  • Curare l'aggiornamento della knowledge base operativa e favorire la diffusione delle best practice di service management.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in discipline informatiche, ingegneristiche o titolo di studio equivalente; rappresenta un requisito preferenziale il possesso di certificazioni riconosciute (es. ITIL);
  • Esperienza professionale pregressa (da 3 a 5 anni) maturata nella gestione e nel monitoraggio di servizi applicativi mission critical all’interno di System Integrator o Managed Service Provider preferibilmente in ambito assicurativo, bancario o Financial Services;
  • Conoscenza delle architetture applicative distribuite basate su microservizi; comprensione di sistemi operativi, reti, database (es. SQL/Oracle) e servizi cloud;
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di osservabilità e Application Performance Monitoring, preferibilmente Dynatrace, Splunk o prodotti equivalenti;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi di Incident Management e Problem Management, preferibilmente secondo il framework ITIL v4;
  • Rappresentano un requisito preferenziale il possesso di competenze sistemistiche e di middleware utili all'analisi e alla risoluzione di problematiche complesse.
  • Disponibilità a partecipare a turni di reperibilità programmata e a intervenire, ove necessario, al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro per garantire la continuità operativa dei servizi.

Il candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 45.000 a €. 53.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile;
  • Polizza Sanitaria Integrativa; Previdenza Complementare, Buoni Pasto.
