UniSalute, società del Gruppo Assicurativo Unipol e prima Assicurazione Sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di un/a professionista da inserire nel contesto del Contact Center, nel ruolo di:

Workforce Planning Data Analyst

Il profilo ricercato avrà un ruolo chiave nell’analisi e nell’elaborazione dei dati relativi ai carichi di lavoro del personale e, in generale, alle performance del Contact Center di UniSalute, contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei processi e al supporto delle attività di pianificazione operativa e capacity planning delle risorse. Sarà incaricato/a del monitoraggio dei principali indicatori operativi, dell’elaborazione di analisi e reportistica e dello sviluppo di dashboard a supporto delle decisioni organizzative, collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali al fine di garantire la massima efficienza dei processi e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.

Principali attività:

  • Analisi dei dati e dei principali KPI del Contact Center, con produzione di report e insight a supporto delle decisioni organizzative;
  • Gestione e analisi dei database e sviluppo di dashboard tramite Power BI, con particolare riferimento al monitoraggio delle performance dei processi operativi;
  • Automazione e ottimizzazione della reportistica e dei processi di elaborazione dei dati, anche attraverso l’utilizzo di Power Automate e di tool di workflow automation;
  • Analisi e pianificazione dei volumi delle attività del Contact Center, supportando l’aggiornamento e la manutenzione dei modelli di calcolo del fabbisogno e delle previsioni di traffico;
  • Supporto alla programmazione dei turni e alle attività di Workforce Management con l’obiettivo di acquisire competenze specifiche del ruolo di WFM Planner;
  • Definizione e implementazione di modelli previsionali (forecasting) utili a stimare in anticipo i volumi operativi delle chiamate, utilizzando dati storici, trend e pattern operativi;

Requisiti:

  • Laura (primo livello o magistrale) in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica o titolo di studio equivalente, conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analysis o analoghi, preferibilmente acquisita in contesti strutturati e caratterizzati da elevati volumi di dati;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel (formule complesse, matrici, Power Query, etc.);
  • Padronanza nell’utilizzo di Power BI, Access e SAP/Business Objects;
  • Solide capacità di analisi, lettura e interpretazione dati; abilità di rappresentazione dei KPI;
  • Familiarità con l’automazione di flussi di lavoro e con sistemi di monitoraggio, ticketing e knowledge management;
  • Rappresenta un requisito preferenziale avere maturato una esperienza professionale in ambito Workforce Management, Contact Center, BPO o pianificazione e monitoraggio operativo, nonché la conoscenza di uno dei più comuni software di WFM.

Il candidato/a ideale sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 36.000 a €. 43.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile
