Buscamos a un(a) profesional de Recursos Humanos que disfrute estar cerca de la operación y generar impacto directo en el negocio. Serás parte de una compañía multinacional líder en logística de temperatura controlada, con una operación multisite y un fuerte foco en excelencia operacional, liderazgo y cultura.

¿Cuál será el propósito del rol?

Actuar como socio estratégico de Recursos Humanos para las operaciones de la Zona Centro y Bajío, acompañando a los líderes del negocio en la gestión de personas, fortaleciendo el liderazgo, impulsando iniciativas de cultura y utilizando indicadores para apoyar la toma de decisiones y la eficiencia operacional.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?

Ser el principal socio de Recursos Humanos para las operaciones bajo tu responsabilidad.

Acompañar a líderes operativos en temas de liderazgo, clima y gestión de personas.

Analizar indicadores de Recursos Humanos y generar planes de acción.

Gestionar relaciones laborales y apoyar procesos disciplinarios.

Liderar procesos de atracción de talento para posiciones operativas y mandos medios.

Impulsar iniciativas de cultura, desarrollo organizacional y gestión del cambio.

Participar activamente en reuniones de operación para anticipar necesidades del negocio.

Supervisar al equipo de Coordinadores de Recursos Humanos.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carrera afín.

Experiencia como HR Business Partner o Generalista Senior de Recursos Humanos en ambientes operativos.

Experiencia trabajando con múltiples operaciones, plantas, centros de distribución o almacenes.

Experiencia en relaciones laborales y trato con sindicatos.

Manejo de indicadores de Recursos Humanos (rotación, ausentismo, headcount, horas extra, etc.).

Experiencia utilizando Workday, SAP SuccessFactors o algún HRIS similar.

Disponibilidad para trabajar mayoritariamente en terreno visitando distintas operaciones.

Inglés intermedio conversacional.

Valoraremos especialmente:

Experiencia en empresas de logística, supply chain, manufactura, alimentos o consumo masivo.

Experiencia en organizaciones multinacionales.

Manejo de Power BI o herramientas de análisis de datos.
