DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Formarás parte del equipo de Atención al Cliente de Winamax, donde tu misión será responder a las dudas y consultas de nuestros clientes (y de quienes podrían llegar a serlo) que hablen español. Ya sea para resolver temas de datos, dar consejos, gestionar cuentas o atender reclamaciones, ¡ahí estarás tú para echar una mano!

Tu objetivo será ayudarles a entender mejor todas nuestras promociones de póker y apuestas deportivas, y mostrarles cómo sacarle el máximo provecho a nuestras herramientas de juego.

Además, serás una pieza clave dentro de nuestra estrategia de marketing relacional, aplicando sus principios en todos los canales por los que nos comunicamos: email, redes sociales e incluso en eventos presenciales.

Como embajador/a de la marca, tu reto será asegurarte de que cada cliente reciba un servicio de calidad que no solo resuelva sus necesidades, sino que también haga que quieran quedarse con nosotros por mucho tiempo.

REQUISITOS

  • Tienes disponibilidad inmediata para incorporarte
  • Debes tener un dominio nativo del español
  • Tu práctica habitual en póker y apuestas deportivas online en páginas web españolas te permite dominar su terminología y disponer de un conocimiento intuitivo de las expectativas de un jugador y de un apostador online español
  • Tu redacción en español es impecable, especialmente ortografía, gramática, conjugación y sintaxis
  • Tienes dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas y de Internet y tecleas con rapidez
  • Hablas francés o inglés (¡el francés es la lengua de trabajo en Winamax!), de modo que puedes comprender las instrucciones e trabajo, y estás ansioso por hacer de tu pasión por el juego online tu profesión
  • Puedes demostrar una primera experiencia en relaciones a distancia con los clientes a nivel de un pure player.
  • Cuentas con los atributos para desempeñar bien las funciones del puesto: sentido de la atención al cliente, espíritu de trabajo en equipo e implicación

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL

  • Puesto a tiempo completo en París, Francia.
  • Contrato temporal de 12 meses (CDD)
  • Lengua de trabajo: francés o inglés.
  • Cursos de francés si no hablas la lengua.
  • Jornada laboral: 35 horas semanales.
  • Trabajo a turnos (incluyendo la noche y los fines de semana).
  • Remuneración bruta compuesta por un salario fijo y un salario variable que puede alcanzar los 500€.

PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN

  • El proceso de selección se llevará a cabo en español. Sin embargo, para postular, deberás enviar tu CV y una carta de motivación en francés o inglés.
  • Videollamada inicial en español para conocerte mejor.
  • Si tu perfil es preseleccionado, realizarás una prueba escrita.
  • Finalmente, si superas la prueba, tendrás una entrevista con el manager.
