A PROPOS DU POSTE

En tant que Chef de Projet Technique, tu auras un rôle clé dans la gestion des projets qui te seront confiés. De la définition des besoins jusqu’à la mise en production, tu assureras la bonne exécution des projets dans le respect des délais et des objectifs fixés.

Rattaché à la direction générale, tu seras un véritable chef d’orchestre et collaboreras avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs : développement informatique, produit, marketing, support, ui, design…

LES MISSIONS

Gestion de projets :

  • Clarifier et formaliser les besoins afin de faciliter la rédaction des spécifications techniques
  • Valider la faisabilité des projets, planifier les ressources nécessaires et organiser les priorités avec les team leaders techniques
  • Fixer des délais réalistes, challenger les estimations si besoin, et veiller au bon déroulement des projets

Coordination et animation des équipes :

  • Travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (développeurs backend/frontend, designers UI/UX, équipes métiers)
  • Organiser les réunions de lancement et assurer un suivi régulier via des points quotidiens ou hebdomadaires
  • Fédérer les équipes autour des objectifs du projet, tout en maintenant une communication claire et fluide

Qualité, tests et suivi :

  • Découper les étapes de développement pour garantir une progression structurée et maîtrisée
  • Superviser les phases de tests, en impliquant les équipes concernées pour valider la qualité des livrables
  • Réaliser toi-même certains tests avant la mise en production
  • Piloter la mise en production et assurer un suivi post livraison pour garantir la stabilité et la performance des solutions
