DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE

Au sein du Service Clients de Winamax, pilier de la satisfaction de nos joueurs, tu seras chargé(e) de répondre à leurs demandes et messages : renseignements, opérations de gestion de compte, réclamations…

Ton objectif : optimiser leur expérience du jeu et favoriser une meilleure compréhension de nos offres Poker et Paris Sportifs et une utilisation des systèmes de jeu mis à leur disposition.

Ta mission principale s’opère sur tous les canaux choisis pour le contact avec nos clients : email, réseaux sociaux, événements online et live…

Garant(e) de l’image de marque de la société, si un joueur est satisfait du service et de l’attention qui lui sont portés par Winamax, c’est grâce à toi et à tes collègues du Service Clients !

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Excellent(e) en français (niveau langue maternelle) : capacités rédactionnelles et d’expression orale irréprochables
  • Impliqué(e), réactif(ve) et rigoureux(se)
  • A l’aise avec les outils bureautiques
  • Ton sens du service client
  • Ton esprit d’équipe

MODALITÉS ASSOCIÉES AU POSTE

  • Idéal premier emploi
  • Poste à pourvoir en CDD de 6 mois pour un démarrage asap
  • Lieu de travail : Paris intra-muros
  • Disponibilité immédiate souhaitée
  • Volume de travail : 35h par semaine, en planning tournant incluant du travail de nuit et le week-end
  • Rémunération fixe + variable motivant

PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT

  • Entretien RH en visio (15/30 minutes)
  • Test écrit (45 minutes)
  • Entretien physique avec Alexis, Responsable Support Clients, et Mathieu, Responsable Contrôle Qualité (60 minutes)
