No Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente da Winamax, pilar da satisfação dos nossos jogadores, serás responsável por responder às suas questões e mensagens: informações, operações de gestão de conta, reclamações, etc.O teu objetivo: otimizar a experiência de jogo dos nossos jogadores e promover uma melhor compreensão das nossas ofertas de Poker e Apostas Desportivas, bem como a utilização dos sistemas de jogo que lhes são disponibilizados.A tua principal missão será desenvolvida em todos os canais escolhidos para o contacto com os nossos clientes: e-mail, redes sociais, eventos online e ao vivo...Reponsável da imagem de marca da empresa, se um jogador estiver satisfeito com o serviço e a atenção que recebe da Winamax, é graças a ti e aos teus colegas do Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente!

PERFIL PROCURADO

Interesse por poker, apostas desportivas ou ambos!

Também és:

• Excelente em português (nível nativo): capacidade de redação e expressão oral irrepreensíveis

• Envolvido, reativo e rigoroso

• À vontade com ferramentas informáticas

A tua situação pessoal permite-te trabalhar de forma duradoura e serena, de acordo com o horário rotativo do Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente: 7h-15h, 15h-23h, 23h-7h, incluindo vários sábados e domingos por mês.

CONDIÇÕES ASSOCIADAS AO CARGO

• Ideal como primeiro emprego

• Vaga disponível com contrato a termo certo de 6 meses para início imediato

• Local de trabalho: Paris

• Disponibilidade imediata desejada

• Volume de trabalho: 35 horas por semana, em horário rotativo, incluindo trabalho noturno e aos fins de semana

• Remuneração fixa + variável

PROCESSO DE RECRUTAMENTO

Etapas:

• Entrevista com os RH por videoconferência (15/30 minutos)

• Teste escrito (45 minutos)

• Entrevista presencial com Alexis, Responsável de Apoio ao Cliente, e Mathieu, Responsável de Controlo de Qualidade (60 minutos)

A fim de garantir uma experiência ideal ao candidato, os processos de recrutamento na Winamax duram, em média, entre 2 e 4 semanas.
