1. 具身智能落地：参与具身智能机器人的系统开发，将感知、规划、控制能力整合为可在真实产线稳定运行的端到端系统； 2. AI 驱动的规划算法：将大模型 / 强化学习 / 扩散模型等前沿 AI 技术融入三维装箱、码垛、装卸车等规划场景，推动经典算法向数据驱动范式演进； 3. AI 推理工程化：负责 ML/DL 模型在机器人系统中的部署与加速，结合几何计算与数值优化，实现高性能在线推理； 4. 机器人系统集成：使用 C++ 与 Python 开发行为功能模块，完成规划服务与机器人中间件的对接，驱动机械臂完成真实产线作业； 5. 产品化与现场交付：完成产品标准化，撰写使用说明、完成用户培训与上线交付； 6. 数据飞轮建设：推动现场真实数据回流，持续反哺 diffusion / e2e / 经典三条路线的算法迭代，加速具身智能模型进化。

1. 本科及以上学历，机电工程 / 机器人 / 计算机 / 自动化控制等相关专业； 2. 熟练掌握 C++ 与 Python，具备扎实的算法工程化能力； 3. 熟练使用 Cursor / Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具，拥抱 AI Native 开发方式； 4. 扎实掌握线性代数、坐标变换、3D 几何、计算机视觉相关基础知识； 5. 主动解决问题，善于沟通协作，能承担现场交付压力，责任心强。

加分项： 1. 熟悉 ROS / ROS2、OpenCV、Eigen3 等机器人开发常用框架； 2. 了解三维装箱、组合优化、运筹学相关算法； 3. 有大模型应用开发、强化学习、扩散模型或 VLA 相关实践经验； 4. 有机械臂应用开发或机器人系统架构设计经验； 5. 参加过机器人相关竞赛(如ICRA机器人挑战赛、RoboCup等)并取得优异成绩 6. 对具身智能、机器人基础大模型、数据飞轮等方向有深度思考与持续关注。
