The posting

1. 参与机器人、AGV 设备整机电气系统的设计工作，包括电气原理图、接线图、控制柜布局图等绘制，兼顾散热、安全间距、EMC、可维护性与装配工艺，持续做结构-电气协同优化。 2. 参与电气元器件的选型工作（如伺服电机及伺服驱动器，断路器、接触器、开关电源、变频驱动器、传感器、连接器等），完成选型对比、规格核对与 BOM 整理。 3. 配合测试、机械、电子等团队完成整机电气系统的联调与问题排查，输出测试与整改报告。 4. 参与电池（BMS）选型与充放电、电源管理、上下电时序、低压配电及保护电路的设计与验证。 5. 参与整机及部件级的电气安全测试、EMC 测试及问题整改，针对传导/辐射骚扰、静电、浪涌等问题做定位分析，提出滤波、接地、屏蔽、布线等工程解决方案，对接第三方检测机构完成产品合规认证。 6. 协助整理和维护产品认证相关技术文件（如 CE、EMC、UL 等合规文件）。参与电气BOM，接线规范，电气图纸的编制与评审，支持产线导入与量产问题解决。 7. 配合生产、质量、采购等部门电气方面的技术支持工作。

1. 电气工程及其自动化、自动化、机电一体化、机器人工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2027届毕业生。 2. 掌握电路基础、电机与拖动、自动控制原理等专业课程知识，具备扎实的电气基础理论。 3. 熟悉至少一种电气设计软件（如 AutoCAD Electrical、EPLAN等），EPLAN 优先。 4. 具备良好的工程文档习惯和团队协作意识,英文资料阅读无障碍。 加分项 1. 有整机电气设计、电气柜设计、线束设计相关的课程设计、竞赛或实习经历。 2. 了解 EMC 基本原理(接地/屏蔽/滤波/布线),有 EMC 整改或测试经历。 3. 熟悉锂电池/BMS、电源管理、低压配电与电气安全(过流/过压/短路保护)。 4. 熟悉常见通信总线(CAN/CANopen、EtherCAT、RS485、以太网)。 5. 了解电气安全与功能安全相关标准(IEC 60204、ISO 13849、ISO 10218 等)。 6. 有机器人、无人车、智能硬件相关竞赛(智能车、电赛等)获奖经历。
