The posting

1、机器人本体结构研发：负责具身智能机器人（移动底盘、灵巧机械臂、末端吸盘/夹爪）整机结构方案设计、机构创新、三维建模、零部件选型与整机集成，输出可量产、可迭代的机械设计方案与工程图纸。 2、核心传动与关节设计：独立完成机器人关节模组、传动系统、执行机构设计，熟练开展减速器、电机、丝杠、轴承等核心运动部件选型匹配，完成负载校核、尺寸链优化、寿命与可靠性设计。 3、样机迭代与整机调试：主导样机装配、调试、故障复盘与结构优化。 4、结构仿真与性能验证：负责结构强度、刚度、模态、轻量化仿真分析，完成极限工况、冲击与疲劳验证，持续优化整机重量、惯量、响应速度与运动稳定性。 5、跨团队协同落地：与电控、嵌入式、具身算法、感知团队深度配合，对接自主导航、视觉识别、运动控制、大模型具身调度逻辑，优化硬件结构适配AI算法落地，提升机器人环境适配与智能交互能力。 6、工艺落地与标准化：熟悉钣金、机加、3D打印、精密装配等工艺，对接供应链完成零件加工、试产与验收，沉淀设计规范、测试标准与迭代文档，支撑产品化迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械电子等相关专业。 2、扎实掌握机械原理、理论力学、材料力学、机械设计基础，熟悉机器人传动、运动机构、精密结构设计逻辑。 3、熟练使用SolidWorks/CATIA/UG任意一款三维软件，可独立完成建模、装配、工程图输出，掌握ANSYS/Abaqus等仿真工具优先。 4、了解移动底盘、机械臂、灵巧手、末端执行器（吸盘/夹爪）等机器人结构设计优先。 5、了解具身智能基本逻辑，能够理解硬件结构与AI算法、自主运动、环境交互的耦合关系，愿意深耕机器人硬件智能化迭代。 6、具备极强的工程落地能力、问题排查能力，能接受迭代试错，逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备大型团队项目协作经验。 加分项 1. 拥有国家级机器人大赛（RoboMaster/ROBOCON）奖项； 2. 参与过移动机器人、机械臂、灵巧手或末端执行器相关的课程设计、毕业设计或社团项目； 3. 有机器人公司实习经历，接触过底盘、机械臂、灵巧手或吸附式末端结构设计；
