The posting

1. 参与具身智能机器人算法研发，涵盖多模态感知（视觉、力觉、触觉等）与运动控制（轨迹规划、力控、全身控制）两大方向，不区分岗位方向，需具备两端贯通的能力； 2. 研究并落地基于强化学习/模仿学习/大模型（VLA，Vision-Language-Action）的机器人智能决策与控制方案； 3. 参与感知融合（SLAM、目标检测与位姿估计、点云处理）与运动规划/控制算法（MPC、WBC、力位混合控制等）的设计与优化； 4. 搭建仿真环境，开展算法仿真验证与Sim2Real迁移，推动算法在真实机器人平台落地； 5. 跟踪具身智能/机器人学习领域前沿技术（基础模型、端到端策略学习等），推动技术转化应用； 6. 参与算法工程化，包括数据采集与标注方案设计、模型训练与部署优化、性能调优等。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、人工智能、机械电子、控制理论与工程等相关专业，2027届硕/博毕业生优先； 2. 数学与算法基础扎实，熟悉机器人学（运动学/动力学）、控制理论（PID/MPC/WBC等）、计算机视觉或深度学习中至少一个方向，并对另一方向有基本认知和学习意愿； 3. 熟练使用Python/C++进行算法开发，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架； 4. 熟悉ROS/ROS2，有Mujoco/Isaac Gym/Isaac Sim/Gazebo等仿真平台使用经验优先； 5. 有强化学习、模仿学习、多模态大模型（VLA/VLM）相关论文发表或项目经验优先； 6. 有机器人整机项目经验（参与过机械臂、人形机器人、移动机器人等实际算法落地）优先； 7. 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，能够跟踪并复现前沿论文； 8. 逻辑思维清晰、学习能力强，具备跨方向（感知+控制）融合思维，能适应快节奏、高强度的研发环境。 加分项 1.在具身智能/机器人学习相关顶会（CoRL、ICRA、IROS、RSS、NeurIPS、ICML、CVPR等）发表过论文； 2.参加过机器人相关竞赛（如ICRA机器人挑战赛、RoboCup等）并取得优异成绩； 3.有实际机器人硬件平台调试经验（机械臂、灵巧手、人形机器人等）。
