方向1：电力电子硬件开发 1. 参与机器人伺服驱动器 / 安全控制器的控制部分及功率部分的硬件，如功率级（功率器件选型、栅极驱动、母线电容、采样）、主控与逻辑、电源、信号调理等模块； 2.参与功率电子器件（Si MOSFET / GaN / SiC 等）的选型、驱动设计与应用验证，关注开关损耗、导通损耗、驱动时序、EMI 及热设计； 3.参与原理图设计、PCB Layout 评审、BOM 选型与打样调试； 4.参与驱动器上电测试、功率验证、开关波形与温升 / 效率测试，编写测试用例并分析数据； 5.配合完成 EMC、功能安全认证、可靠性相关的整改与验证；

方向2：嵌入式固件开发 1.参与伺服驱动器，安全控制器等核心零部件的固件开发，包含电机控制，功能安全固件等； 2.参与编码器、电流采样等信号链的调试与优化； 3. 输出规范的设计文档、测试报告，参与设计评审（DR）。

1.电子工程、电气工程、自动化、微电子、控制、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上，2027届毕业生； 2.掌握模拟 / 数字电路基础，理解运放、电源、采样、滤波等基本电路原理； 3.理解电力电子基础与功率半导体器件工作原理，掌握 MOSFET 的关键参数及其在伺服驱动电路中的应用；了解GaN / SiC 等宽禁带器件的特性与应用趋势； 4.熟悉至少一种原理图 / PCB 设计工具（Altium Designer / Cadence 等）； 5.会使用示波器、万用表、电子负载等基础仪器； 6.具备良好的学习能力、动手能力和团队协作意识，能扎实做测试、认真写文档。

加分项： 1.有电机驱动 / BLDC / PMSM / FOC、逆变器、相关的项目、竞赛或实习经历； 2.有MOSFET/ GaN 宽禁带器件的驱动设计、损耗分析或实际应用经验；了解栅极驱动器选型、死区 / 驱动时序、寄生参数与版图对开关性能的影响； 3.了解伺服控制、SVPWM、电流环等运动控制基础； 4.熟悉 C /及常见的嵌入式处理器（STM32 / DSP / MCU）或 FPGA； 5.接触过功能安全认证、EMC 设计或相关标准； 6.有机器人、无人机、电动车、电源等相关的实物项目经验（请附作品 / 项目说明）。
