1-参与商户入网、客户中心、产品管理等系统的需求分析、技术方案设计、核心功能开发和持续迭代。 2-建设商户准入、资质认证、产品开通、信息变更等业务流程，完善任务编排、状态流转、异步通知及异常补偿机制，提升流程自动化水平和处理可靠性。 3-建设客户主体、商户信息、客户关系及产品配置等基础能力，保障数据的准确性、一致性和可追溯性，为各业务系统提供标准服务。 4-深入理解业务场景，识别共性需求与差异规则，设计清晰的领域边界和接口契约，推动能力复用、存量系统改造及跨系统协作。 5-负责系统性能优化、稳定性治理和线上问题排查，持续改善系统可维护性、可观测性与安全性。 6-与产品、测试及上下游研发团队协作，推进需求交付、接口联调和上线验证，完善技术文档与研发规范。

1-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，能够独立承担模块设计与交付。 2-Java 基础扎实，熟悉集合、多线程、JVM 等机制，熟练使用 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等常用框架。 3-熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列及 RPC 等常用技术，具备数据库设计、SQL 优化和常见性能问题排查能力。 4-具备良好的业务理解和建模能力，能够梳理复杂业务规则、状态流转与系统依赖，有复杂业务系统研发经验。 5-理解分布式系统中的超时、重试、幂等、事务一致性及故障隔离等问题，并有实际处理经验。 6-重视代码质量、测试和技术文档，具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够主动推动跨系统问题解决，对交付质量和线上运行效果负责。

加分项 1-有支付、金融科技或企业服务领域经验，参与过商户入网、客户中心、产品管理等系统建设。 2-有复杂流程编排、状态机、异步任务或补偿机制的设计与落地经验。 3-有客户主数据、主体与商户关系建模、数据一致性治理或存量系统迁移经验。 4-有系统性能优化、稳定性治理或复杂线上故障排查经验，能够推动问题复盘与持续改进。 5-善于使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发、测试、代码审查和文档编写，能够对生成结果进行验证，并沉淀有效的工程实践。
