1、2-3年支付、金融或资金相关产品经验，熟悉清结算、账户体系及资金业务流程。 2、具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析和系统设计能力，能独立完成产品方案和业务原型设计。 3、具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，责任心强，能适应快节奏、高要求的工作环境。 4、对支付业务有浓厚兴趣，有创新意识和商业敏感度，有跨行业支付或企业服务经验者优先。 5、具备严谨的产品态度和风险意识，注重细节与用户体验。
