参与流程魔方、权限中心等业务组件的需求分析、技术方案设计、核心功能开发和持续迭代。 1-建设流程建模、审批流转、动态表单、任务管理及服务编排等能力，提升业务流程的配置效率和自动化水平。 2-建设统一认证与权限管理能力，完善用户、角色、资源、授权审批及操作审计等机制，保障跨系统访问的安全性与一致性。 3-深入理解业务场景，识别并抽象共性需求，设计清晰的组件边界、扩展机制和标准接口，推动能力复用。 4-负责组件的性能优化、稳定性治理及线上问题排查，持续改善系统可维护性、可观测性与安全性。 5-与产品、业务研发及测试团队协作，推进组件接入、版本升级和存量系统改造，完善接入文档与使用规范。

1-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，能够独立承担模块设计与交付。 2-Java 基础扎实，熟悉集合、多线程、JVM 等机制，熟练使用 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等常用框架。 3-熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列及 RPC 等常用技术，具备数据库设计、SQL 优化和常见性能问题排查能力。 4-具备良好的业务建模和抽象能力，能够处理通用能力与业务差异之间的关系，有组件化、平台化或复杂业务系统研发经验。 5-理解分布式系统中的超时、重试、幂等、事务一致性及故障隔离等问题，并有实际处理经验。 6-重视代码质量、测试和技术文档，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够主动推动问题解决和方案落地。 加分项 1-有工作流、审批平台、低代码平台或动态表单系统建设经验，熟悉 Flowable、Activiti、Camunda 等任一流程引擎。 2-有统一身份认证、单点登录或权限中心建设经验，熟悉 RBAC／ABAC 权限模型，以及 OAuth 2.0、OIDC、LDAP 等相关机制。 3-有 i18n 国际化或海外业务系统建设经验，了解多语言资源管理、时区与日期处理、本地化展示等常见问题，有国际化改造与落地经验者优先。 4-有公共组件、SDK 或内部平台建设经验，参与过多业务系统接入、兼容性治理或存量系统迁移。 5-善于使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发、测试、代码审查和文档编写，能够对生成结果进行验证，并沉淀有效的工程实践。
