Das BerufsOrientierungsZentrum (BOZ) Osnabrück steht für praxisnahe Berufsorientierung mit über 15 Themenwelten rund um Technik, Handwerk und Industrie. Gemeinsam mit Partnerunternehmen, Schulen und Kammern fördern wir junge Talente und stärken die Ausbildung in der Region. Innerhalb unserer Infrastruktur werden wir im Sommer 2026 zusätzlich eine neue Cafeteria eröffnen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Cafeteria-Betrieb & Produktion

  • Eigenständige und handwerkliche Herstellung von Backwaren, Broten, Brötchen, Kuchen, Torten und Feingebäck für den täglichen Cafeteria-Betrieb
  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines saisonalen Sortiments – von klassisch bis kreativ
  • Vorbereitung und Produktion von Backwaren für Veranstaltungen, interne Catering-Anlässe und besondere Angebote
  • Mitwirkung bei der Angebotsgestaltung und Präsentation der Produkte
  • Warenwirtschaft: Bestellung, Lagerung, Qualitätskontrolle und Kostenbewusstsein beim Wareneinsatz
  • Einhaltung und Dokumentation der Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP

Kurse & Externe Angebote

  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Backkursen im Rahmen des Berufsorientierungszentrums (z. B. für Teilnehmende in der Berufsorientierung)
  • Mitgestaltung und Ausbau externer Kursformate, z. B. für Lesecafés, Nachbarschaftstreffs, Veranstaltungsreihen oder saisonale Themenkurse
  • Anleitung von kleinen Gruppen mit Freude an der Weitergabe handwerklicher Kompetenz

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bäcker/in oder Konditor/in
  • Alternativ: Meistertitel im Bäcker- oder Konditorenhandwerk oder vergleichbare anerkannte Fachqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der handwerklichen Herstellung von Backwaren

  • Kreativität bei der Sortimentsentwicklung und Präsentation
