Die Lehrfabrik Möbelindustrie gem. e.G. in Löhne ist ein modernes Bildungszentrum, das als dritte Säule der Ausbildung neben Betrieb und Berufsschule fungiert. Unser Ziel ist es, die Attraktivität und Professionalität der Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Möbelbranche zu steigern und dem Fachkräftemangel aktiv entgegenzuwirken. Dabei setzen wir auf innovative Technologien, Automatisierung und digitale Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kontaktpflege sowie Aktualisierung aller Kunden- und Mitgliederinformationen
  • Versand und Steuerung von Mailings (Newsletter, Mitgliederkommunikation, Einladungen)
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Projekten, Angeboten, Verkaufschancen, Kursen und Veranstaltungen
  • Abrechnungsvorbereitung von Kursen und Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für Standard- und Sonderformaten / individuellen Kundenangeboten
  • Mitgliederkommunikation im Rahmen der Kurs- und Programmbetreuung
  • Koordination mit Mitgliedsunternehmen, Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Recherche zu Branchentrends, Arbeitsmarktbedarfen und technologischen Entwicklungen
  • Planung, Organisation und Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder verwandter Hintergrund, z. B. Industriekaufleute, Kaufleute für Büromanagement, Kaufleute für Marketingkommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Verwaltungssoftware (SmartWe, KUFER von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, verlässliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten und klare Kommunikation
  • Fähigkeit, Veranstaltungen und Abläufe vorausschauend zu planen
  • Interesse an arbeitsmarktbezogenen Themen und der regionalen Möbel- und Industriebranche
