Die nextStep Academy ist eine moderne Weiterbildungsplattform für Auszubildende und Fachkräfte. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen durch praxisnahe Workshops in den Bereichen Soft Skills, berufliche Qualifizierung und persönliche Entwicklung zu fördern. Dafür suchen wir engagierte Dozent:innen und Trainer:innen, die ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrung in unseren Trainingszentren, Lehrfabriken und Berufsorientierungszentren weitergeben möchten. Werden Sie Teil unseres Netzwerks und unterstützen Sie uns dabei, die Fachkräfte von morgen erfolgreich auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten.

Als Teil der dritten Säule der Berufsausbildung ergänzen wir die betriebliche und schulische Ausbildung um überbetriebliche Qualifizierungsangebote. Wir verstehen uns dabei explizit als Bildungseinrichtung – nicht als Industrieunternehmen – und legen entsprechend Wert auf pädagogische Qualität und eine wertschätzende Lernkultur.

Unsere Workshops und Weiterbildungen finden ausschließlich in Präsenz statt – im Raum Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie konzipieren und führen praxisnahe Workshops und Trainings in Präsenz für Auszubildende zu Themen wie [z. B. Kommunikation, Selbstorganisation, Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktmanagement, Berufsorientierung]
  • Sie vermitteln Fachwissen und Soft Skills alters- und zielgruppengerecht, methodisch abwechslungsreich und praxisnah
  • Sie gestalten Lerninhalte und Unterlagen, die auf die Bedürfnisse von Azubis zugeschnitten sind
  • Sie schaffen eine motivierende, wertschätzende Lernatmosphäre und gehen individuell auf unterschiedliche Lerntypen ein
  • Sie dokumentieren Lernfortschritte und geben konstruktives Feedback an Teilnehmende

Ihr Profil

  • Pädagogische Qualifikation im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung, Ausbildung, Coaching oder Training (z. B. AdA-Schein/IHK-Ausbildereignung, Trainerausbildung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung)
  • Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen und Erfahrung in der Wissensvermittlung an Auszubildende
  • Sicheres, empathisches Auftreten vor Gruppen sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen, projektbezogenen Tätigkeit auf Honorarbasis (eigene Rechnungsstellung, keine Anstellung)
  • Wohnort oder Einsatzbereitschaft im Raum OWL (Schwerpunkt Gütersloh, Bielefeld, Paderborn), da die Workshops ausschließlich in Präsenz stattfinden

Nice-to-have:

  • Fachliche Expertise in einem oder mehreren unserer Schwerpunktbereiche: Soft Skills, berufliche Qualifizierung, persönliche Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit diversen Lernmethoden oder hybriden Trainingsformaten
  • Flexibilität für Einsätze in unseren Trainingszentren, Lehrfabriken oder Berufsorientierungszentren innerhalb der Region OWL

Unsere Benefits

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt auf Honorarbasis als freie:r Dozent:in/Trainer:in – es handelt sich nicht um eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Festanstellung, sondern um eine projekt- bzw. workshopbezogene Zusammenarbeit. Die Vergütung erfolgt über Tagessätze, deren Höhe wir individuell und transparent mit Ihnen verhandeln. Als Bildungseinrichtung im Rahmen der überbetrieblichen Ausbildung orientieren wir uns dabei an den branchentypischen Honorarstrukturen im Bildungsbereich – nicht an Industriestandards.

Die Durchführung erfolgt ausschließlich in Präsenz an unseren Standorten im Raum OWL – vorrangig im Dreieck Gütersloh, Bielefeld und Paderborn. Reine Remote-Tätigkeiten sind für diese Position nicht vorgesehen.
