Als Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich Bildung hat die ZEUS Beteiligungs- und Beratungs GmbH seit 1998 Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Begleitung von Ausbildungsnetzwerken, der Personalentwicklung, Organisation von Ausbildungszentren, sowie in der Beratung von Bildungsträgern.

Der HOGA Campus Berlin steht für Aufbruch, Innovation und die Zukunft der beruflichen Bildung in Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Tourismus und Eventmanagement. Hier entsteht ein moderner, vernetzter Bildungsstandort, der Praxis, Wissenschaft und innovative Entwicklungen zusammenführt und Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebens- und Karrierephasen qualifiziert und begleitet. Als gemeinsames Projekt starker Partner verfolgt der HOGA Campus Berlin das Ziel, die Branche nachhaltig zu stärken und neue Maßstäbe für Ausbildung, Weiterbildung, Forschung und Entwicklung zu setzen. Das Projekt startet jetzt – und eröffnet damit die seltene Möglichkeit, von Anfang an Teil eines ambitionierten Vorhabens zu sein, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen neuen Bildungsort mit hoher Strahlkraft aktiv mit aufzubauen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Finanzcontrolling Projektstart:

  • Gesamtbudget und Cashflow-Planung für Campusaufbau
  • Strukturierung, Verhandlung und Umsetzung der Gesamtfinanzierung
  • Kostenüberwachung Bauphase und Infrastruktur
  • Monats-/Quartalsberichte für Genossenschaft & Stakeholder
  • Ausschreibungen/Ansprache von Kapitalgebern
  • Steuerung/Abstimmung mit Managementholding (Paderborn)
  • Tiefgehende DATEV-Auswertungen und Erstellung entscheidungsrelevanter Reports für Geschäftsführung und Controlling
  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Buchhaltungsprozesse und Berichterstattungssysteme
  • Versierter und sicherer Umgang mit DATEV (fundierte Praxiskenntnisse zwingend erforderlich)

Genossenschafts-Finanzen:

  • Buchführung, Jahresabschluss, Fördermittelabrechnung/- management
  • Budgetkontrolle Investitionen & Digitalisierung

Kommunikation & Netzwerk:

  • Finanzpräsentationen vor Genossenschaft/Partnern
  • Moderation Netzwerktreffen für Projektfinanzierung
  • Netzwerkausbau

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung & Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen/Controlling) oder vergleichbare fundierte Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre):

  • Praxis in Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise Projekt-/Startup-Aufbauten
  • Oder: Industriemeister/in Betriebswirtschaft mit Budgetverantwortung
  • Erfahrung mit Fördermittelabrechnung (EU-/Landesförderungen)

Persönliche Stärken:

  • Starke Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (vor Gremien/Partnern)
  • Netzwerkfähigkeit (Bildung, Tourismus, Verbände, Förderbanken)
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Idealerweise bringen Sie:

  • Erfahrung mit Campus-/Bildungsprojekten oder Genossenschaften
  • Kontakte in Berlins Förder- und Bildungslandschaft
  • Affinität zur Hotellerie-/Tourismusbranche
  • Kenntnisse im Genossenschaftsrecht vorteilhaft
