Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der praktischen und theoretischen Ausbildung in den Bereichen Elektronik und Mechatronik
  • Betreuung von Umschulungsmaßnahmen in industriellen Elektroberufen
  • Betreuung eines modernen und teilautomatisierten Maschinenparks zu Lehrzwecken
  • Nutzung moderner Ausbildungsinstrumente (E-Learning, Web-Seminare etc.)
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen
  • Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen, z. B. bei versteckten Störanfälligkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Mechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in Automatisierungstechnik oder Elektroniker:in Betriebstechnik
  • Abschluss zum/zur Industriemeister:in
  • Entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Unternehmen
  • Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AdA) oder Bereitschaft zum Abschluss (optional: Techniker Elektrotechnik)
  • Schulungserfahrung
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Azubis, Umschüler:innen und Jugendlichen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen sowie systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung
  • Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung
  • Kenntnisse bei der Inbetriebnahme und sicherheitstechnischen Prüfung von elektrischen Geräten und Anlagen
  • Kenntnis der aktuellen Prüfungsstrukturen
  • Organisationsfähigkeit
