Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine technisch versierte, zuverlässige und praktisch orientierte Persönlichkeit, die sich um den laufenden Betrieb, die Wartung und die technische Betreuung unserer Gebäude in Löhne der Lehrmöbelfabrik sowie des Boardinghauses/Werrequartiers in Löhne kümmert.

Die Lehrfabrik Möbelindustrie gem. e.G. in Löhne ist ein modernes Bildungszentrum, das als dritte Säule der Ausbildung neben Betrieb und Berufsschule fungiert. Unser Ziel ist es, die Attraktivität und Professionalität der Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Möbelbranche zu steigern und dem Fachkräftemangel aktiv entgegenzuwirken. Dabei setzen wir auf innovative Technologien, Automatisierung und digitale Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische Betreuung und regelmäßige Kontrolle der Gebäude.
  • Überwachung, Bedienung und einfache Störungsanalyse der technischen Gebäudeausstattung, insbesondere von Heizung, Lüftung, Wärmepumpe, Energiespeicher und Photovoltaikanlage.
  • Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Bearbeiten von Störungen sowie Überwachung von Wartungsintervallen und Prüfungen.
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Fachfirmen, Wartungsunternehmen und Handwerker.
  • Pflege der Wartungs-, Prüf- und Störungsdokumentation sowie Kontrolle von Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ersatzteilen und technischen Betriebsmitteln.
  • Kontrolle der Außenbereiche und Durchführung notwendiger Pflege- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
  • Unterstützung bei Umbauten, Auf- und Abbauarbeiten sowie bei der Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten.
  • Ansprechpartner für technische Anliegen von Mitarbeitenden, Gästen und Dienstleistern.
  • Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen, sicheren und funktionsfähigen Gebäudezustands.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Klima, Lüftung, Mechatronik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Wartungstechniker, Betriebstechniker, Haustechniker oder Facility Manager.
  • Technisches Verständnis für Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik .
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen, Photovoltaikanlagen, Batteriespeichern oder Gebäudeleittechnik von Blue Box, Bosch, Weger, Tesvolt oder SMA.
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in die vorhandenen Anlagen und deren Bedienung einzuarbeiten.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Für weitergehende Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen, Kältemittelkreisläufen oder anderen zulassungspflichtigen Bereichen werden selbstverständlich entsprechende Fachfirmen eingebunden. Die technische Dokumentation und die Wartungsunterlagen der Hersteller sollten für die Einarbeitung und den laufenden Betrieb systematisch genutzt werden.
