現在はAM組織の再構築フェーズにあり、真に顧客を成功へ導くための仕組み・伴走スタイル・プロダクト活用の型を整え直している段階です。 既存のチームや運用をベースに、経営陣とともにアカウントマネジメントのあり方を再設計し、さらに強い組織へ進化させていく仲間を募集しています。

業務内容

  • 新規顧客のオンボーディングおよび早期立ち上げ支援
  • 顧客の事業課題や目標に基づく活用プランの設計・実行
  • プロダクト利用状況をもとにした活用促進・定着支援
  • 顧客が早期に価値を実感できる状態の設計・改善
  • 解約リスクの早期把握および継続利用に向けた改善施策の実行
  • Renewal & Expansion、Sales、Productチームとの連携

必要な経験/スキル

  • BtoB SaaS / IT企業等でのカスタマーサクセス、アカウントマネジメント、法人営業いずれかの経験
  • 顧客課題を理解し、導入・活用支援につなげた経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーと連携しながら顧客支援を推進した経験

望ましい経験/スキル

  • エンタープライズ企業への営業、カスタマーサクセスの経験
  • AMや営業組織立ち上げの経験
