なぜ募集するのか

チャネルトークは事業・顧客基盤の拡大に伴い、エンタープライズ企業との取引や複雑な契約交渉が増加しています。

これまでは社内のコーポレートチームと外部弁護士が連携して法務業務を担ってきましたが、事業成長のスピードに合わせ、より迅速かつ事業に近い立場で法的判断を行える体制が必要になっています。

本ポジションでは、エンタープライズ顧客との契約交渉を中心に、プロダクト・データプライバシー・コーポレート領域まで幅広く担当し、チャネルトークの事業成長を法務面から支えていただきます。

業務内容

  • エンタープライズ顧客を中心とした各種契約書の作成・レビュー・交渉
  • SaaS利用契約、NDA、業務委託契約、パートナー契約等の契約法務
  • 利用規約、プライバシーポリシー、個人情報保護・データ利用に関する法務対応
  • Sales / Customer Success / Product等、各部門からの法務相談への対応
  • 新規サービス・新機能・事業施策に関するリーガルチェック
  • 外部弁護士との連携および法務案件の管理
  • 契約管理やリーガルオペレーションの整備・改善
  • その他、事業成長に伴い発生するコーポレート法務・コンプライアンス業務

必要な経験/スキル

  • 事業会社または法律事務所における法務実務経験
  • BtoBビジネスにおける契約書の作成・レビュー・交渉経験
  • エンタープライズ企業との複雑な契約交渉を主体的に進めた経験
  • IT / SaaS領域における法務経験

望ましい経験/スキル

  • 個人情報保護・データプライバシーに関する実務経験
  • 法務業務フローや契約管理体制の構築・改善経験
