なぜ募集するのか

当社では、より多くのお客様にチャネルトークをご活用いただくため、パートナー企業との協業を通じた事業拡大を強化しています。パートナーセールスでは、直販営業とは異なり、パートナー企業の顧客基盤や強みを活かしながら、新たな商談機会を創出し、継続的な成果につなげていくことが求められます。

また、単に紹介件数や販売件数を増やすだけではなく、パートナーごとのビジネスモデルや顧客課題を理解し、双方にとって価値のある協業スキームを構築することが重要です。そこで今回、パートナー企業の新規開拓から関係構築、共同提案、販売支援までを担い、日本市場におけるチャネルトークの成長を加速させる Partner Sales を募集します。

業務内容

  • パートナー企業の新規開拓および関係構築
  • 既存パートナーとの協業推進・案件創出支援
  • パートナー向け営業支援やイネーブルメントの企画・実行
  • パートナーとの共同提案および商談推進
  • 共催セミナーやキャンペーンなど共同マーケティング施策の企画
  • パートナー経由案件のパイプライン管理および成果分析

必要な経験/スキル

  • IT、SaaS、ソフトウェア、クラウドサービス等におけるパートナーセールス経験（目安3年以上）
  • 営業目標に対して継続的に成果を上げてきた実績

望ましい経験/スキル

  • スタートアップでの営業経験
  • エンタープライズセールス経験
