チーム紹介

ChannelのFinanceチームは、単に数字を管理する組織ではなく、ビジネスと財務をつなぎ、会社の方向性と安定性を共につくっていくチームです。

現在Channel JPは、日本支店から新設法人への移行を準備しています。この移行を完遂し、日本法人の財務基盤を独立して運営いただけるシニアFinanceメンバーを探しています。日本国内で決算・税務・資金業務の全般をリードしながら、韓国HQのFinanceチームと密に連携し、グローバルなFinance体制を共に構築していける方をお待ちしています。

業務内容

  • 日本法人の月次・四半期・年次決算の実行および統括
  • 法人税・消費税などの日本における税務申告、および税理士・会計士などの外部専門家との窓口対応
  • 資金管理および資金繰りのモニタリング
  • 日本法人のFinance運営体制および業務プロセスの設計・定着
  • 新規ビジネスおよびFinance関連の課題について、主体的に解決策を導き出し実行
  • 本社向け連結パッケージの作成および照会対応

応募資格

必須

  • 日本企業での決算・税務・資金業務の経験8年以上
  • 法人税・消費税・源泉所得税などの日本における税務申告の実務経験
  • J-GAAPに基づく単独決算の経験
  • HQおよび多様なステークホルダーと積極的にコミュニケーションできる力
  • スタートアップのような新しい環境で、必要な基準やプロセスを主体的に策定し実行できる力

歓迎

  • ビジネスレベル以上の韓国語または英語でのコミュニケーション能力
