Deployment Strategist(DS)는 채널톡의 엔터프라이즈 Enterprise 딜 및 AX(AI Transformation) 현장에서 Forward Deployed Engineer(FDE)와 한 팀을 이루어 AI 에이전트 도입을 '실제로 완성'시키는 전략적 실행 리더입니다.

대기업과 대규모 엔터프라이즈 고객사들은 AI 도입을 열망하지만, 복잡한 레거시 시스템, 파편화된 워크플로, 변화에 대한 조직적 저항으로 인해 실제 실행에서 큰 난관을 겪습니다. DS는 고객 현장에 직접 밀착되어 이 갭을 메우는 역할을 합니다.

초기 문제 발견(Discovery)부터 파일럿(Pilot), 그리고 실제 운영(Production Rollout)까지 전 과정을 주도하여 프로젝트를 관리합니다. 고객사의 C-Level 및 실무진, 엔지니어, 사내 Product 팀 사이에서 "무엇을 왜 만드는지, 이것이 운영 환경에서 어떻게 성공할 것인지"를 명확히 정의하고 세일즈-엔지니어링-제품 간의 얼라인먼트를 이끌어냅니다.

단순한 컨설턴트가 아니라 모호한 문제를 구조화하고 현장의 난관을 직접 돌파하여 측정 가능한 비즈니스 성과(매출 상승, 비용 절감 등)를 만들어내는 "비즈니스 리더"를 찾습니다.

어떤 업무를 담당하나요?

  • FDE와 페어를 이루어 Enterprise 및 AX 딜의 전 과정(Discovery - Pilot - Production Launch - Expansion)을 주도합니다.
  • 고객사 현장에 밀착(Onsite)하여 워크플로, 제약사항, 성공 지표를 정의하고, 이를 FDE가 구현할 수 있는 명확한 스펙과 Deployment 플랜으로 전환합니다.
  • API, MCP, 데이터 흐름 등 기술적 연동 구조를 고려하여 파일럿 및 본 배포를 위한 스코프와 연동 계획을 수립합니다.
  • 배포 과정에서의 리스크 관리, 장애물 제거를 전담하며 Product, Engineering, 고객사 이해관계자 간의 프로젝트 스케줄과 목표를 매니징합니다.
  • Production 출시 후 실제 배포된 AI 에이전트의 작동 상태를 모니터링하고, 사용 데이터에 기반하여 정착(Adoption) 및 지속적인 성능 개선을 이끌어냅니다.
  • 성공적인 안착 이후 고객사 내 추가 유즈케이스 및 확장(Expansion) 기회를 발굴하여 비즈니스 임팩트를 극대화합니다.

  • 5년 이상의 B2B Enterprise IT 컨설팅, Tech PM, Solutions Engineering 또는 Forward-deployed 직무 경험이 있는 분
