채널톡은 SMB, Mid-market에서 빠르게 성장하며 제품 경쟁력을 증명해 왔습니다. 이제 더 큰 성장 곡선을 만들기 위해 Enterprise 고객을 전담하는 세일즈 팀을 새롭게 세팅하려고 합니다.

이 팀은 기존고객을 관리하는 팀이 아닌, 신규고객을 확보해야하는 팀이며 함께 0to1 할 수 있는 분을 찾고 있습니다. 첫 번째 멤버이자 리더역할을 해야하는 분이다보니, 처음엔 매니징보다는 실무역할을 위주로 하셔야 하며 팀의 사이즈가 점점 커질수록 매니징 비중이 높아질 예정입니다.

따라서 초기에는 직접 주요 딜을 리드하는 플레이어 역할을 해줄 수 있어야 하고, 성공사례를 만드는 것이 핵심입니다. 팀이 커질수록 채용·육성·성과관리 등 매니징 역할이 중심이 될텐데 이런 문제를 잘 해결해 줄 수 있는 분을 찾습니다.

  • 엔터프라이즈 고객 딜을 직접 리드하고, 제안부터 계약까지의 핵심 의사결정과 협상을 주도합니다.
  • 엔터프라이즈 대상 영업전략을 설계하여 업무 프로세스를 만듭니다.
  • 영업 기회/진행 현황을 체계적으로 관리합니다.
  • 팀원을 채용하고, 온보딩/코칭/성과관리 루틴을 만듭니다.

어떤 경력과 역량이 필요한가요?

  • B2B SaaS 세일즈 경험이 있으며, 엔터프라이즈 고객 대상 영업에서 의미 있는 성과를 만든 분
  • 대기업의 복잡한 구조 안에서 여러 이해관계자를 동시에 설득/조율하며 계약까지 추진한 경험
  • 긴 세일즈 사이클에서 변수(검토/반려/경쟁/가격/조건)를 관리하며 끝까지 완주하는 실행력
  • CRM 기반으로 고객을 관리하고, 우선순위와 다음 액션을 명확히 운영할 수 있는 분
  • 세일즈 팀 매니징/채용/코칭 경험(정식 매니저가 아니어도 실질적으로 리딩한 경험 포함)
