Ben jij een ervaren pedagogisch medewerker en klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière? Wil je naast het werken met kinderen ook verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het team en de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de locatie? Dan is deze functie bij De Blokkenhut misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Voor onze verticale groep (0-4 jaar) zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Leidinggevende die energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid, ontwikkeling en bouwen aan iets nieuws.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze afwisselende functie combineer je jouw pedagogische ervaring met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden.

  • 3 dagen per week werk je op de verticale groep (0-4 jaar). Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige, warme en stimulerende omgeving waarin kinderen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.
  • 1 dag per week werk je op kantoor en ondersteun je de leidinggevende bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de locatie.
  • Je bent zichtbaar en betrokken op de werkvloer en bent een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor collega's.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de kwaliteit van de opvang en pedagogische dienstverlening.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten, neemt initiatief en helpt mee om ideeën daadwerkelijk uit te voeren.

De Blokkenhut is een locatie met ambitie. Op dit moment bestaat de locatie uit één groep, maar de plannen zijn groot: de komende periode groeien we door naar drie groepen.

Dat betekent dat je niet alleen instapt in een bestaande organisatie, maar juist de mogelijkheid krijgt om vanaf het begin mee te bouwen. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en samen met het team de locatie verder te ontwikkelen.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een enthousiaste en ervaren professional die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en energie krijgt van samenwerken en ontwikkelen.

Je:

  • beschikt over een afgeronde, kwalificerende opleiding voor de kinderopvang en hebt 3F-taalniveau;
  • hebt aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de kinderopvang – dit is een vereiste;
  • bent organisatorisch sterk en weet goed overzicht te houden;
  • neemt initiatief en ziet kansen om de kwaliteit van de opvang verder te verbeteren;
  • communiceert makkelijk en duidelijk met collega's en ouders;
  • weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren en mee te nemen;
  • krijgt energie van een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is en waarin nog veel ruimte is om te bouwen.
