Voor Kinderdagverblijf De Knotwilg in Amsterdam-Zuidoost zoeken wij betrokken en energieke pedagogisch medewerkers die ons team komen versterken. Of je nu graag werkt op de voorschool, in de kinderopvang of op de BSO: jij creëert iedere dag een warme, veilige en stimulerende omgeving waarin kinderen zich gezien voelen en zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als pedagogisch medewerker begeleid je kinderen in hun dagelijkse ontwikkeling. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en uitdaging, en speelt actief in op hun behoeften. Samen met je collegas bouw je aan een positieve sfeer waarin kinderen én medewerkers kunnen groeien.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgerond diploma Pedagogisch Werk niveau 3 of Gespecialiseerd Pedagogisch Medewerker niveau 4
  • Taalvaardigheid op 3F-niveau (of de bereidheid dit te behalen – verplicht per 1 januari 2025)
  • Certificaat Werken met Babys (verplicht per 1 januari 2025)

  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met kinderen, ouders en collegas
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een fijne teamdynamiek
  • Je signaleert ontwikkelingen en behoeften van kinderen scherp
  • Je hebt oprechte passie voor het vak en een groot hart voor kinderen

  • Een salaris tussen €2.539 en €3.489 (schaal 6 CAO Kinderopvang), afhankelijk van ervaring
